    Rae Reid & Stephen W.S., are happy to accept instructions either in writing, in person, by fax, telephone or e-mail. In any transaction we will endeavour to keep you fully up to date with the progress of your business. In order to comply with Law Society of Scotland Money Laundering Regulations we will require to have proof of identification from you in the course of any transaction and we may require you to verify the source of any monies lodged with us.

    We are not able to accept instructions where we believe there may be a possible conflict of interest but we shall inform you as soon as possible in the event that we consider such a possible conflict might arise.

    Where instructions are issued on your behalf to any other professional person, for example in connection with a House Survey, we will expect you to promptly meet the outlays incurred. We are happy to advise as to the likely cost of such services before instructions are issued on your behalf.
